Early Morning Start
For glam sessions before 8:00 AM, an additional $25 investment ensures the same quality and care — no matter the hour.
Additional Artist
For parties of three or more, a second artist may be required. A $100 coordination fee ensures seamless communication between artists and your planner.
Travel
Luxury on-location service available. $25 travel fee for the first 15 miles. Locations over 15 miles: $2 per additional mile.
Salon — State College
A private salon space in State College, PA, available for bridal showers, morning-of-wedding gatherings, and pre-ceremony glam. Includes a $150 location fee; catering and drink options are available for an added price upon request.
Priority Booking
For weddings or consultations requested within 45 days of the date, a $75 priority booking fee applies to accommodate last-minute scheduling and personalized planning.
The Timeline
Step One — Reach Out
Send a DM on Instagram @jrosesalon with your details: date, location, number of services, and any special requests — this helps me build the perfect plan for your appointment.
Step Two — Secure Your Spot
Once we've finalized the details, a client contract will need to be completed and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. You'll have 7 days to complete this before it expires. Once received, your appointment is officially secured.
Step Three — The Big Day
30 days before your wedding (or 7 days before any other service), your final payment is due. Then your day arrives — I'll bring everything together for a flawless, photo-ready, effortlessly long-lasting result.

FAQ's
How do I secure my date?
To secure your date, a completed client contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service total are required. Your date is not confirmed until both have been received.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 30 days of weddings and 7 days of all other services will forfeit the second payment. Your deposit is non-refundable.
Last minute booking policy
Wedding bookings within 45 days may require a priority booking fee and full payment to secure the spot. All other bookings made within 7 days of the service date require full payment upon booking.
Do you travel?
I'm happy to travel to your location to ensure flawless, on-site service wherever your special day takes place. For out-of-state appointments, the client is responsible for one night of hotel accommodations selected by the artist for reliability and proximity.
When are my payments due?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. For weddings, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior. All other bookings are due 7 days prior.
Third Invoice — Additional Expenses
Additional expenses on the day of your service — paid parking, valet fees, or any agreed-upon add-ons beyond the original contract — are handled through a third invoice, settled the day of via cash or a payment app.
